Weekend Bass 02Another weekend is almost here and boy are we glad this strange, busy and uneasy (for a number of reasons) week is over? So, even though blogging some music during the week turned out to be harder than we would have liked, it feels quite appropriate to celebrate the arrival of the weekend with some tracks that have been patiently and quietly sitting in our “to blog” list. So here comes another weekend track selection and a 5 track playlist, including 5 badass and full of bass tracks that helped us make it through the week and we know will definitely help set the mood for the weekend too. So, check out these new beasts by The Glitch Mob, Downlink & Axonic (feat. Terravita), KJ Sawka, Modestep & Genetix and Must Die!, play them loud and have a great weekend y’all! Continue reading »

Time to plug in some guitars and rock some socks off and Modestep are definitely a name that seems to always find ways to do just that. With their new album “London Road” being on the way (set for release on May 26th) and the single “Machines” out about a couple of weeks ago, alongside two remixes by Mefjus (Drum N Bass), Tru Fonix (House) and an official music video, we thought it was definitely worth some space on this blog as we quite enjoyed both the original and Mefjus remix. Both tracks are most certainly are on the hard and heavy side of Electronic music meaning that should keep all you bass maniacs pretty happy, so here come the “Machines” and why not go full audiovisual too since we can with the video of the original? Enjoy! Continue reading »

And again it´s about time to call it a day, as mostly i´ll close blogging with my pick for the “remix of the day” and another last freebie for you to grab! Surprisingly it´s the first time today for xKore being featured here, even though being a quite big and popular name the young British has never made it before to snatch a post on this blog yet, finally his time has come though, nailed down with this killer remix of Modestep´s “Saved The World“! The original itself isn´t my cup of tea to be honest, a bit too cheesy and weepy for my personal taste, but this remix by xKore should certainly bring every dancefloor to a quick boil being an ass-kicking and tearing all down drumstep tune! Enjoy, get your copy and keep it loud!!!

And here´s yet the second new release of today´s blogging, also been launched two days ago but in contrast to my previous post way longer, 10 tracks lenght strictly speaking and without any remix featured on a true long player! It´s the latest release by Dirtyphonics named “Irreverence” LP, out on Dim Mak Records and featuring some tracks that have already been blogged here in the course of the according EPs (plus remixes), but also many more, even including four collabs with Steve Aoki, Modestep, Foreign Beggars and Liela Moss. A throughout decent and consistent LP by the French electronic dance music quartet and a must hear imo, so make sure to check all the tracks out!!!
