Another weekend is almost here and boy are we glad this strange, busy and uneasy (for a number of reasons) week is over? So, even though blogging some music during the week turned out to be harder than we would have liked, it feels quite appropriate to celebrate the arrival of the weekend with some tracks that have been patiently and quietly sitting in our “to blog” list. So here comes another weekend track selection and a 5 track playlist, including 5 badass and full of bass tracks that helped us make it through the week and we know will definitely help set the mood for the weekend too. Hell-o bassheads and distortion addicts and it’s been a while since we made it to hold a full bass session (still having problems with the 24 hour long days) but today we thought we’d take a break from everything else and get low and dirty with some heavy sounds, so here we are! As for what we have in store for today, a couple new releases (if everything goes according to plan and we have enough time for it) so let’s get right into the good stuff with some fresh blood coming from Uplink Audio and the first time featured here Axonic with their new EP “The Breach”. 6 original tracks, all moving in the dark heavy and filthy Dubstep direction and sounding like a nuclear war in your speakers, with the exception of the trappy “EG-R” (sorry folks, just not our sound), which is a good thing by all means. If you’re after some heavy bass hitters and megatons of filth this is definitely one to check out so here’s the full EP for your listening pleasure. You know what to do!
