Hell-o to all and today we start the day with the return of an artist who hasn’t been featured here for quite some time since he hasn’t been so active lately, but we are definitely glad to welcome him back on Metalectro with a new release. And thy name is Oxylice, who just had his comeback EP “Crossroads” released on Simplify Recordings just over a week ago. Including 3 original tracks “Crossroads” EP is a very nice mix of Glitch Hop, ElectroHouse (with the classic Oxylice complextro parts) and Dubstep with nice production and overall flow. Definitely a nice comeback release by the youngster from Belgium which makes us hope he’s back for good and is already cooking up some more fresh music. Check out “Crossroads” EP!

Going on with some fresh blood and the debut feature of UK based artist Inque here with his debut EP, titled “Witching Hour”. Out on London based Sons Of Noise Records almost a month ago, “Withcing Hour” EP comes with 4 original track which move between Dubstep, Electro, Drum & Bass, Glitch Hop and pretty much each and every electronic bass music sub-genre, something that has works pretty nice as Inque has successfully managed to maintain a dark and heavy atmosphere throughout the EP. Definitely a release that has left us with a very positive buzz in our ears and places Inque on our radar for good as one of those new and “to be watched closely” up and comers. Check his debut EP and stay tuned for more by him.

Picking up the pace and bass with our second post of the day and it’s one more new release (or recent release anyway since it was out almost 1 month ago) by Dubscribe and his latest single “Venom”, released on Rottun Recordings. Those of you who are familiar with the Japanese artist’s sound then you know what to expect, as for those who aren’t, prepare to get your eardrums blasted away with megatons of bass. It’s no secret anyway that Dubscribe likes to go heavy and “Venom” is no exception. Two originals both rich in raw, machine gun bass that all heavy Dubstep fans will enjoy and love. Check out Dubscribe‘s “Venom”, let the “wall of sound” smash you right in the face and of course, play it loud!

Following a less “bassy” opening post it’s time to move on to some more familiar and heavy sounds and here comes Flybug‘s new single “Paralytic”, which was released a few days ago on Jet Set Trash. It’s been a while since we heard some new music coming out from the UK based artist, actually since his track for the last Metalectro contest and compilation if not mistaken, so it’s definitely nice to know he’s back in the studio working on some new material. “Paralytic” includes a Dubstep original, featuring London’s Hip-Hop trio Vice Versa on vocals as well as a great Electro House remix by Prismatic. Definitely a nice comeback release by Flybug who according to the Jet Set Trash announced release schedule should have another single out before the end of the year, his second during December, so check out “Paralytic” and stay tuned for more by him!

Hell-o and a great week to all! Monday again and this means we’re back in business (or actually “bassines” if you prefer) and as proven multiple times before already there is no better remedy for the weekend hangovers than some fresh bass and we have quite a bit of it coming today so fasten your seatbelts and get ready for take off! And to get things rolling we have some “fresh blood” coming with the signature of Uplink Audio and the new River Accorsi EP, titled “Metanoia”. A deep and dark Dubstep release with a character of its own and it’s fair to say this isn’t your regular Dubstep/Drum N Bass EP. Bassy and atmospheric, River Accorsi‘s “Metanoia” EP takes the best elements of many different bass music forms and styles and blends them together in great ways, making his new EP a journey that needs to be experienced from start to end. Prismatic has also contributed a remix to the release and it’s a great one too, adding some extra bassy flavor to what was a very nice release already. So here’s “Metanoia” and you better check it out!
