artworks-000078509726-y9qxpi-originalContinuing with another brand new and fresh release and a very nice EP by Liberator. “The Sound Of Liberation” is the 2nd EP release by the Italian artist and this time he has chosen as his musical home the another UK based label, Jet Set TrashLiberator‘s new EP includes 5 original tracks plus 2 remixes, 1 official remix by Italian duo Pelussje and 1 free remix by the Frenchman Mr Batou. Great flow, dark moods and themes and the overall nice production make the 5 orignals fun to listen to no doubt. A mix of Electro House/Complextro structures with a trashy edge and Dubstep/Acid/Techno elements is what you can expect by Liberator who definitely seems to be taking his music to the next level since his debut EP and developing his musical identiy, while the 2 remixes are adding a nice variety to the EP too. A pure club/dance remix by Pelussje and a heavy Dubstep remix by Mr Batou come (available fro free) come to wrap this EP up and we have definitely enjoyed this one a lot so make sure you check it out!

Time for a freebie, the first and probably last for the day as well and the return of a really talented up & coming artist from France who keeps impressing with every new track he comes up with. I am talking about Mr Batou who had a free EP out just days ago which featured 2 originals. I have picked my favorite one out of the two to post, titled “Duality”, a nice full sounding Dubstep track. The nice production, big bass, overall nice flow and groove are some of the characteristics of Mr Batou in general whose tracks keep delivering more and more energy the more they proggress and “Duality” is no exception. Definitely a track worth checking out and grabbing so do that and stay tuned for more like this coming soon by Mr Batou.

Going on with a new release and this is as fresh as it gets really as not only it was released a few hours ago but is also sounding pretty fresh! Exhorth might seem like the new kid on the blog and technically he is fresh blood but you might have heard some of his previous work as Divine-X. Divine-X is no longer though and one half of them goes on as Exhorth now and keeps delivering the goods. With tracks out on SectionZ and Play Me Too already, the Brasilian has now found his new home on Jet Set Trash and is launching his bassline attack with the single “Like This”. 1 fresh, very inspired and maximal sounding original with a lot of power, great big sound and plenty of style plus 3 remixes by Mr Batou, Drop Goblin and Knooper. A lot to like on this one really which covers almost all EDM spectrums and styles. Great depth and variety, with all 4 tracks adding to the release as a whole as well as being very nice to listen to on their own. So here’s a preview of  Exhorth‘s “Like This” and it’s definitely one to like!

My next post brings even more fresh blood on the blog and well, in this case its French blood too as the artist i am about to introduce to you all is a new producer from France. Mr Batou is the latest signing and artist to join the Jet Set Trash roster and of course the London (UK) based label didn’t forget to make a proper official introduction by giving away this Free EP titled “Start Line”. The EP features 4 originals but not brand new. The tracks have already been produced in the form of single tracks but they were all put together in a Free EP now to announce Mr Batou‘s arrival. Well, we are certainly glad that happened anyway as Mr Batou is without a doubt an extrremely talented  Glitch Hop, Drumstep, Drum & Bass producer and those of you who enjoy the sound and tracks of Virtual Riot will love this one. Top notch production, great melodies and energy, Mr Batou‘s tracks have got it all and they’re free so make sure to check them out and grab them!
