New Release: Muzzy “The Takeover” EP

Here comes yet my last post, as announced shortly before already another bassy release, although to describe this EP named “The Takeover” by Muzzy only as bass music would not even nearly do justice to it imo. By delivering four original drum and bass tunes from rather atmospheric and calmer, up to harder and more dubstep-ish ones, this EP features four great sounding, distinct and eclectic tracks of a very good and very soulful production throghout, starting with the calmest and accelerating pace with each tune. A remix of one of the tracks has already been featured here as well which sadly isn´t available anymore, still this EP that got released on Monstercat just yesterday is definitely great, even though i´d have turned the track order around. That´s it, enjoy this last post and have a cosy evening!!!

Here’s another new release and a collaboration track by 2 pretty well respected names in the Dubstep-Drumstep-Complextro circles and how could they not be when they come up with such great tracks, whether on their own or as in this case collaborating? Razihel & Virtual Riot had their single “One For All, All For One ” out on Monstercat about 10 days ago and as expected it sounds pretty damn big. The super energised bassline, monster wobbles and the chip tune, video game sounds come together perfectly resulting in a great sounding hard hitting drumstep track. Simply put, this is as good as it gets if you like this sound and style, so you better make sure to check it out! Enough said, hit the button!

New Release: Falcon Funk – Leophant

I keep the fresh blood flowing for the time being, although this next post is about someone you´re certainly familiar with –  here´s Falcon Funk, the side project of Rasmus Hermansen aka mastermind & meanwhile single member of F.O.O.L., teaming up with Alan Charif aka Biggie Charles! The track i´m featuring hereby is called “Leophant“, been taken from their debut EP and released on Monstercat around two weeks ago. I considered posting the whole EP, but to be honest it is slight too soft for me and assuming it´ll be for you too i decided to blog only “Leophant” as i really like this one, being a great and atmospheric dubstep tune and clearly the best track on this release imo, so give it a listen by all means!!!
