Continuing the bass assault with one more new release and it’s Laforcah‘s new EP “Scars” which needless to say is one of the heaviest Electro releases we have heard in a while. The Italian duo has already built quite a reputation for their “in your face” Electro Punk sound, style and attitude and “Scars” EP come to add to that reputation. Released on JST Records (Jet Set Trash) “Scars” EP includes 2 originals full of fat distorted basslines and dark themes, a collaboration with Giulio The Bastard (singer of Grind Core band Cripple Bastards) plus remixes by 2 of the underground trash Electro scene’ s finest, with Your Ol’ Lady and Hantise adding their own heavy touch to Laforcah‘s monsterpieces. And if all that isn’t enough to convince those heavy, non-commercial Electro fans among you to check Laforcah‘s 4th EP out then we have nothing else to say that might convince you. So better just hit play and get a taste for yourselves by the preview below.

I´ll go on with some way more familiar names and four great remixes by Liberator, Laforcah, Justrock and GÖR FLSH, who all got their hands dirty on Belzebass´ latest EP “Welcome To Hell“! Since they all came up with their remixes around the same time one can strongly assume these tracks were supposed to be an official remixes EP, something seems to have gone wrong with that though -but however that be- the rejoicing third are you, getting three of these four bombs now for free! Justrock and GÖR FLSH remixed the name giver “Welcome To Hell” (sadly only the GÖR FLSH remix is a freebie), Liberator delivered “Black In Back” (grab it here!) and Laforcah took task on “Methemetik” (also free DL!). A great and badass bundle of hard hitting and heavy remixes and each remix gives its remarkable and distinct main points for sure, so give´em all a loud listen and grab everything you get your hands on!!!

Hell-o all and after an extended silence from our side here’s a pretty quick and evil comeback and a multi-purpose post in a sense since we have a killer new track and release and an official video for it, all in one. Hijack Da Bass shouldn’t really need any inrtoduction to those of you following the blog and hard Electro scene in general. With 3 official EPs under their belt and countless remixes for Zardonic, Lock N Bounce, Laforcah and Vegamoore (just to mention a few) the duo from Portugal has been delivering their highly energised Electro for a while and now they are back with a new EP. Out on JST Records last week, their EP titels “Demon Club” comes with 2 originals as well as 3 remixes by Imagin8, The Silent H and Bombastard who all added their personal touch to the 2 originals. As for the originals, Hijack Da Bass are taking their sound to the next level while at the same time keeping their very characteristic trademark sound. And in cas that’s not enough “Demon Club” comes with an official video too. Dark, demonic (obviously) and cool, the video was done to pay homage to horror themes the duo has always enjoyed and as an effort to explore the psychology of horror. So, enough words, time to let the audio and visual work of Hijack Da Bass speak for itself so check out the video below and of course “Demon Club” EP here.

Hell-o all and here comes your daily dose of bass and with this being the only post for today due to time restraints we better make it a good one and the “We Are Not P(o)P” Pt.03 and Pt.04 double compilation by Jet Set Trash is perfect to do just that. With 27 originals and remixes released on the label last year and a variety of styles that range from Electro House and more commercial Dubstep by artists such as Virtual Riot, Heavygrinder and Oxylice, to nasty trashy bass by the likes of Skitsnygg, Laforcah, Tim Tonik, Gor FLsh and of course some guitar fueled Metalectro favorites by Zardonic, Imagin8, Rubber Spanner and Drop Goblin that come as no surprise being on a Jet Set Trash release, this is a guaranteed energy boost to get you through the rest of the week.
