Hell-o and a great week to all, hopefully after a kick ass weekend full of partying and bass. For those who for whatever reason didn’t get to bass it up during the weekend though, we have plenty of bass coming up starting with a new release by Starkstrom. If not mistaken this is the first time the duo from Germany is featured on Metalectro so some tasty fresh blood to start the day with as well. 2 nice and dirty electro originals alongside 4 remixes by Hijack Da Bass, Vortex, Polymorphic and Fanatique is what you will find on this EP out on Freaks Like Us and it’s fair to say that this is a rich in bass release which all those of you who like your electro trashy and heavy should definitely check out!

Hell-o all and here we are, ready to blast some bass through your speakers and better be ready for quite a bit of freshness as the nice new releases have been quite a few these last days. One of them is Vegamoore‘s new EP, titled “Hell-o” and what a fitting title this is for our opening post too! The EP was out on Big Alliance Records a bit longer than a week ago and it features 3 originals plus 2 remixes by Hijack Da Bass and Robopunx. A nice EP overall that moves between the ravey sound of the Italian duo mixed with Electro House melodies and some harder parts. 2 nice remixes as well with both remixers giving the track “Solar” their own touch while taking it into 2 completely different directions stystically. I will be moving to much more familiar territories and names next and i hope you had enough fresh blood for one day as it’s time for a regular and a name that has never been too far from Metalectro to snatch another post. The Portuguese duo Hijack Da Bass are back on the blog with a recent and free original track, titled “Hypoerion”. The track was given as part of a Free Compilation by Electro News which featured 24 orignal and remixes on it with some big names such as F.O.O.L, The Boomzers, Drivepilot and NEUS to name a few. Some of these tracks were previously unheard and some that were already been published by the artists themeselves as free downloads. In any case this original by Hijack Da Bass got our attention as one of the tracks we hadn’t heard before and despite the hous-y feel and start in the track is definitely a well produced classic trademark Hijack Da Bass sounding track that we thought you should check out, so hit play below and grab it here!

I´ll go on with the another new release, this one features quite some more tracks as my first post today though, since there are no less than nine tracks featured on this brand new EP by Circe & Rage United that came out just yesterday on Shax Trax! The same-titled original “Whoopdidoo” comes in with three remixes by Vegamoore, Hijack Da Bass and SHAX, the other original featured on & named “Sex Drop” even with four remixes that have been delivered by Determinators (been a ROTD here already), Stuzzi Apple, Trackwasher plus a reloaded version by Rage United. A full package as you see & even though not all tracks are on the same level quality-wise imo, there are tunes for all tastes i guess, so just check the EP out!!!

Hell-o everybody! I returned from infirmary, still ill but got a bit restless there, so i´ll give expelling those sickness demons another try hereby and what could be better for that than the brand new “Restless Remixes” EP by Zardonic, out since yesterday on Jet Set Trash? You´re right – absolutely nothing, so brace yourselves for some infernally guitar fueled, basstastic and eargrinding noises! Besides a new version of “Restless Slumber” by Zardonic himself there are remixes by Hijack Da Bass, Imagin8, Lock N Bounce, Gör Flsh and the winning remix of the “Restless Slumber Remix Contest” (held by us in collaboration with Jet Set Trash) by Tomorrow We Fall featured on. In addition and like promised the runner-up remixes by Determinators & Esparta plus the drum cover by Namtar are available on the “Restless Slumber Free EP” on Jet Set Trash as well meanwhile, so there´s plenty of evil for you to check out and train your headbang skills! Nothing to be added on my part but PLAY IT LOUD!!!
