Preview: Cyberpunkers “Shock” EP

Staying on the previews for the time being and here’s one of an upcoming release and it would be fair to say that this is one really highly aniticipated release too, as is always the case with Cyberpunkers anyway. The Italian duo is back with a new EP on Freakz Me Out and “Shock” sounds like a release that might shock quite a few people actually since it’s one of Cyberpunkers hardest tracks and EPs, out of the recent ones at least. 3 originals tracks on the EP, all sounding pretty great judging by this pretty long preview and while the duo hasn’t obviously forgotten how to go hard on the bass and come up with bangers, they still haven’t lost their great talent and touch for great melodies and (good old times) Daft Punk-ish parts. Certainly an EP to look forward to so stay tuned the release and in the meanwhile check out the preview!

Preview: DJ Antention “Dropzone” EP

Time to jump into filthy trash mode and leave anything melodic behind as things are about to get messy with one of the masters of the kind, DJ Antention. His new EP is due for release soon-ish, an exact release date hasn’t been yet announced but it will be out sometime this or next month anyway, on Freakz Me Out of course. Featuring 7 originals this is classic DJ Antention and judging by the preview should be a nice EP too. Trashy, dark and noisy electro with some techno influences and (as expected) full of nasty bass and insane enough to make it an EP most fans of the raw thrash bass will enjoy. More on this when and if we get to listen to longer previews or the full legth tracks but check out the teaser and get a taste of what’s coming.

New Release: Tom Deluxx & FetOo “The Punishment” EP

Staying fresh and on the path of new releases with one that brought together 2 names that most of you should be familiar with. The Frenchmen Tom Deluxx and FetOo joined forces in their new single “The Punishment”, released a week ago on Freakz Me Out. With them another Frenchman, Dilemn, who’s on remixing duty. We can’t really know who this “punishment” was intended for and if it was ever delievered to its recipient but we can know for sure that Tom Deluxx and FetOo certainly delivered a very nice original. The 2 Frenchmen and their respective styles definitely came together great and judging from the result it’s safe to say that one’s style compliments the other’s and adds that extra bit of freshness to the track. Those familiar with both artists’ previous work will recognise some trademark sounds of both in the track, yet perfectly combined with each other. Great original, unfortunatelly i can’t say i enjoyed Dilemn‘s remix equally though. A good remix by all means, which seems to be suffering from some mastering issues though that don’t really do justice to Dilemn‘s remix which feels almost unmastered in comparison to the original as i doubt it sounds so low in terms of volume on purpose. Other than that i would say this is a new release definitely worth checking out though, so hit play below!

Hell-o all and after what i hope was an awesome and banging weekend for everyone, we’re once again here and ready to welcome the new week with some killer electro sounds and bass music. As for what’s on today’s menu, quite a few tasty things so you better stick around and keep your eyes and ears open! Enough with the introductions and greetings though and it’s time to get loud, starting with Megastrom‘s new EP “Remind”. A preview of 2 tracks was posted here recently but now that the EP is out on Freakz Me Out the previews of the rest of the tracks have been made publicly available too so we can all get a better idea of how good this EP is. Personal favorites, the hyper energised “Praise Me” and “WITOY” which are the harder tracks on the release. Not that Megastrom‘s more vocal driven melodic electro house of “Remind” or orchestral electro of “Galactus” isn’t nice too but for my taste these 2 aren’t the tracks to stand out from what is overall a pretty nice EP! Here are all 4 track previews thoogh so you better check them all out!

Here’s another preview and this one is for an upcoming release and Megastrom‘s upcoming EP “Remind” which will be out on Freakz Me Out on the 22nd of July. Only 2 previews have been made public so far but for what it counts Megastrom had my attention from the very first seconds in the first track preview they posted. “Praise Me” was the first preview uploaded and it’s a killer hard electro track with the full length version only getting even better. “Galactus” is the second track title and preview and it sounds pretty damn good too although going to a more melodic and orchestral direction which gives it an epic and nice grand feel but it’s certainly not the banger on the EP. Overall a very nice preview and a very promising EP release to look forward to by Megastrom and we haven’t even heard all of it yet.
