Hell-o all and after a bass filled weekend it’s time to get back into blogging duties and put our bass addiction into good use by spreading it far and wide through the internets. And to start the day and week, we have a new Free EP for all you bass lovers, by a name that hasn’t appeared on Metalectro for a while. Karluv Klub is back with a Free EP through Kannibalen Records and it’s a pretty good one too. 2 originals and 2 remixes by Fukk Up and Ivarr are what you are going to get on “Sixxx” EP and let’s just say that if we had a “Metalectro approved” kind of stamp to add to those tracks and releases we consider dark, heavy and bassed up enough to be worthy of being Metalectro certified this would probably be getting it. Good stuff by Karluv Klub and Kannibalen Records so here’s “Sixxx” EP for you to check out and grab your copy!

Next up and the 2nd new release we have for you today comes by a name quite familiar to all of you who have been following Metalectro and love your bass and Electro raw and heavy. Kroyclub shouldn’t be needing too many introductions actually if you have been attending your Metalectro school of bass and neither should Maehtrasher Records, which is the label responsible for this release and baby bass monster that Kroyclub is. And talking about bass monsters, you will find many on “Oh Yeah, You Ain’t Lyin” EP since it gathers many of the Maehtrasher Records heavy artillery as 2 of the 6 originals on the EP are collaborations between Kroyclub with Nadisko and Leathrface and the only remix featured on the EP is a collaboration between aUtOdiDakT and Monophonique. If this doesn’t make up one hell of a heavy bass line up then we don’t know what does so check out these previews and full version of “Love Jean N.” below and let the bass fill your ears!

Hell-o all and in case you don’t know what time it is, it’s time to get heavy and loud with some more basstastic sounds and we have a couple nice new releases coming today but we think this opening post is the big news of the day since it signals the official comeback of Delta Heavy on Metalectro and in general and that can only be big news since we know the UK based duo is a loved one by many among you. “Apollo” is the title of their new EP that was out a few days ago on Ram Records including 3 original tracks and if we want to be objective about the EP as a whole we have to say it’s as big as you would expect by Delta Heavy even if not all tracks are down the Metalectro alley. Of course, we weren’t really surprised to hear some trap on this one too even if we were hoping not to and we hoped that the duo might try to ‘lead’ more rather than ‘follow’ recipes that are so common nowadays, hence we have only picked the opening track of the EP “Apollo” to post here which is our favorite as well. Top quality and production Drum N Bass no doubt but unfortunatelly the rest of the EP didn’t leave us any particularly pleasant buzz and taste in the ears to be perfectly honest. But for what it’s worth here’s “Apollo” and do check it out by all means because this is the kind of track you would expect and patiently wait/hope for when it comes to Delta Heavy!

The next post and new release comes by a name that has always been finding his way on Metalectro since the early days of this blog and ironically enough, when it comes to Access Denied being featured on Metalectro it’s full access granted by actually. And since nothing has changed in respect to this artist and our liking of his music since last week and the post about his “The Remains Of The Day” EP, here he comes again with some more new and damn great sounding new material. This time the new Access Denied EP (2nd in 2 weeks) is titled “Long Way” and was released on Freakz Me Out including 3 originals that push the Access Denied sound even further. Great production and tracks all the way and a strongy recommended release to check out, especially if you enjoyed “The Remains Of The Day” EP as well. Unfortunatelly only this teaser has been made available to publicly share and post here but it’s more than enough to give a good taste and whet your appettite for more so check it out by all means!

Hell-o all and after finally managing to deal with the unpleasant technical difficulties that have plagued Metalectroland the last day or so, we are finally back and ready to lauch our (b)assault with a couple brand new releases. One of them comes by the trio that goes by the name Terravita and we are pretty sure not many introductions are needed in this case. Terravita‘s LP “Ritual” is out today on Firepower Records featuring 14 originals altogether, with some pretty big collaborations among them with the likes of Obsidian, Datsik and KJ Sawka among others. Some of the tracks we have heard already some time ago as they were either released as singles or even as freebies but that hasn’t really taken anything from the production value of this very well produced and put together album. Nice flow, top production and nice variety between the 14 tracks who go from full bass Dubstep and Drum N Bass to Trap, with their fair share of rock/metal and even funk influences. It’s no secret that we aren’t big fans Trap here and that applies to Terravita too but despite that we quite enjoyed the album as whole. Our favorite tracks still remain some of the ones we had already heard before and it comes as no big surprise really that the previously released singles still remain some our favorite tracks on the album in their majotiry as they were probably carefully selected to be the singles for good reason. Ovreall, an album that is absolutely worth checking out, especially for those full bass tracks so here it is, hit play and listen through the whole album below!
