New Release: The Unique Yagark “The Metro” EP

I´ll continue as hefty, but switch genre a bit and go on with some proper electro trash hereby! It´s the latest EP by The Unique Yagark named “The Metro” that just got released this Monday on Raversar, featuring three originals as well as three remixes by Phantom Noise, Ravolution and GOR FLSH, all been done on the same and name-giving track though. The latter are also available as full tracks btw if you check the Soundcloud accounts of each remixer, sadly this doesn´t apply to the originals yet, nevertheless i guess the previews give you already a good impression how this EP sounds – dark, brutal and trashy and i´m quite sure you´ll like it – just check all the tracks below!!!

It´s about time to call it a day already, one thing´s missing though, so here comes the remix of the day and another representative of the “old but gold” category! I really don´t know whether this remix by Q.G. of the track “Bingo Trippin´” by Peking Duk has been available on his account back then already and i just missed it on its release in May 2011 on ViciousBitch, or hasn´t been there anytime and luckily been (re-)uploaded some days ago by the French to finally be found. The only thing i knew at first listen already was the fact that this one has to be blogged even if hell freezes!! An outstandingly good remix imo, hard and uncompromisong with a throughout great and boosting pace in best electro-pogo manner, and any objections against it won´t be allowed – one has to love it – so CRANK IT UP and have a banging evening peeps!!!

We stay on the classy side of trash and there are quite a few names based in South America that definitely muscle in when it comes to this genre, so let´s go ahead with this killer trash free EP by Rocket and Baambatta named “T.R.A.S.H.“, available since around 2,5 weeks on After Mess! Including four different and eclectic originals -two of them being collaborations between Rocket and Baambatta– alongside five as great and varying remixes by Dizelkraft, Acid Paradox, GHO2T3P, The Mechanist and Bassphomet that meet all needs a real trash lover can have, covering a range from hard and dirty electro to dubstep and drum and bass! Throughout a very cool EP imo, and a superfat freebie into the bargain that shouldn´t be missed in anyone´s collection – so get ready to get trashed, play it loud and make sure to grab your copies too!!!

I´ll go on with the full preview of one of the tracks on Haezer´s upcoming new EP that is going to be released on Tasty Records the 2nd of December! Five originals will altogether be featured on this EP named “Gold Plated Frequencies”, some of them are already available as previews on the South African´s Soundcloud account, but as far i´m not completely mistaken this track named “Minted” is the only one next to “Shango” that is available in full length yet. But however that be, “Minted” is definitely a track that will whet your appetite for the release as it sounds like a Haezer track is supposed to imo and i assume to get to hear all tracks in full length soon anyway, so for the time being content yourselves with this one and check it out!!!

Freebie: Leathrface – The Beast 44 (Autodrive Remix)

I´ll keep the fresh blood flowing for the time being and continue with the first remix and freebie too! This remix on the track “The Beast 44” by Leathrface has been done by the German producer Autodrive, a name i sadly missed playing live (more or less, i blame the booze) in his hometown Cologne this Halloween, but luckily made it to be heard by me meanwhile as we all would miss this awesome remix otherwise! Being adorably badass, pitch-black and a hard hitting but hypnotic trasher overall this one would also have been a pretty good candidate for the ROTD, just some tiny things & the direct comparison to my actual pick made me decide not to grant it, apart from that an excellent remix by all means! So PLAY IT LOUD and make sure to grab your copy!!!
