Fallujah – The Dead Sea
Time to wrap things up and no need for any introductions or many words really, boys & girls, electro maniacs & metalheadz, i give you Zardonic and his track choice for today, which is “The Dead Sea” by Fallujah. Here’s why Zardonic chose this one, check it out and have a great evening!
I think the most mindblowing thing about this song is the musical aspect. It's perhaps one of my favorite metal songs of all time. It's a perfect midpoint between virtuosism, complexity, and still keeps that primitive raw feel that must prevail in all metal. It's majestic, epic in many ways. As for the lyrical aspect, I was surprised when I found this verse in the lyrics: "I was breathing yet I fought for air / That tomb you pulled me down / You were falling to a dark abyss / I should have let you drown". It matches situations in my life that kept repeating for a long time. This reminds me that everyone should work their own salvation and whoever play the messiah end up crucified. We have to be responsible and give to those who are also responsible with you and have something to give. Whoever lacks responsibility with themselves, have nothing to offer to the world. They're just passing life as zombies, self-destructing, asleep, addicted to their own pain. It's time to let them do what they want: to drown in their own ocean of shit.
Hypomaniacs – Breach
Another blogging day is about to end, Zak already introduced you yesterday to this week´s special guest Zardonic, so i´ll close the day of course with another pick of his favourite bangers and mind-blowers! And today it´s pretty much of a home match for us since his second track choice is no less than Hypomaniacs and their track “Breach” that has been released on Metalectro Vol.02 “Danger Zone“!!! I guess i can righteously speak for all Metalectro members when saying that we all agree on Zardonic´s choice and reasons as well for picking this one, read below what he said himself, play it loud and have a banging evening ya all!!!
This is perhaps my favourite electro track of all time. It´s how Metalectro should be made. Strong and noisy as fuck. Doesn´t leave my sets. And it´s an official Metalectro brand :D
Anaal Nathrakh – Todos Somos Humanos
So, time to wrap things up for today and you all say “hell-o” to this week’s special guest who’s no other than the Metal Bass mastermind and one of our favorite Metalheadz, Zardonic! Safe to say you should expect things to get pretty brutal this week and if you ever wondered what makes this bass maniac headbang when not producing his own neckbreakers, stay tuned and here’s lesson number and his first track choice for the week, Anaal Nathrakh‘s “Todos Somos Humanos”. As for why he picked this track to be featured here for you to check out, read below. This will be all the Metalectro madness for today, from us and Zardonic have a great evening and tune in for more bass mayhem tomorrow!
First reason this track was brought to my attention was the fact it was Anaal Nathrakh. Second, the title is in spanish. The chorus goes "Todos somos humanos, y todos seremos polvo". Means "We are all human and we'll all become dust". That's something I like to remember. We're not here forever, and we should be very careful about our actions. Our limited time here is key to a greater plan. We must grasp that plan and allow ourselves to become part of it.
It´s about time for today´s deathblow and after the “Sounds Of Glory” in my previous post i literally have to “Bring Back The Glory” again, as this is the title of my pick for the remix of the day! Been featured here already a few days ago by Zak in context of the according release by Zardonic named “Far Beyond Bass – The Vulgar Remixes”, i couldn´t resist and had to grant this killer remix by Counterstrike its own tribute by awarding the ROTD, as this one is the remix i had the biggest crush on this doubtless far beyond great release on Big Riddim Recordings! Needless to say much more but hit the play button, enjoy this last post and keep it loud!!!
