Keeping the fresh music and new releases coming and here’s some fresh blood too, with this collaboration EP by Hyper and Deadly Avenger. Out only a few days ago with 3 original tracks “We Kill Giants” is definitely a new release we enjoyed quite a bit and hope you will too. Staying far from EDM cookie cutter sound and structures, “We Kill Giants” EP is written and produced to rock and go hard and that’s exactly what it does. Definitely an EP that took us by surprise since we were unaware of both artists’ music until now (well, with their new projects at least) and “We Kill Giants” is no doubt a fine combination of different (hard) Electronic music styles. One to check out by all means if you’re into heavy and soulful Electronic music. Continue reading »

Any day Christine, one of our favorite French electronic music artists, come up with new music is a good day here on Metalectro so as you can imagine we’re quite happy to have started our week with a new EP by the Frenchmen. “Ecstatic Sole” is Christine‘s sixth EP and if you’re not familiar with their music by now, well let’s just say you have some essential listening to do. Coming with four new original tracks, this is some trademark Christine stuff and sounding as good if not even better than ever. A mix of French Touch and 80’s synth/horrorwave, “Ecstatic Sole” EP is overall as hard, dark and groovy as you would expect, hope and want a Christine release to be. What else could we ask for? A name that hasn’t been mentioned for quite a while here but has always been a favorite among hard Electro fans is that of USA artist Le Castle Vania. And if reading LCV’s name makes you feel nostalgic of the days his name would be featured frequently on Electronic music blogs with new bangers, we’ve got some good news for you as only hours ago a couple of new Le Castle Vania tracks went public on the artist’s Soundcloud. And what’s even better than 2 new LCV originals, that they’re available for free of course! Tight and hard edged Electro as usual, “I Want You” and “What We Do” might not be Le Castle Vania‘s hardest tracks but they certainly won’t disappoint any of his fans either. We from our side are certainly glad to hear some new music by the Atlanta producer anyway and and hope more will follow soon! Continue reading »

Take 2 horned ape heads, add some tentacles and dark techno vibes into the mix, season with raw bass and watch the electronic demonoid that goes by the name “Demogorgon” come to life by Russian artists DenDerty and Dizelkraft. Out on Heptagram just hours ago, this collaboration EP between the 2 artists comes with 3 new originals that those of you fans of the European Techno and Trash Electro scenes and sound (and all their dirty children) should appreciate and most likely enjoy. Full of raw stomping bass “Demogorgon” is available as a free download here but also through the usual digital retailers so feel free to choose your poison and check it out. Continue reading »

bass tankWeekend is upon us once again and what a week it’s been in terms of good new music too! Unfortunatelly we haven’t been able to keep up with all the good new music that we’ve come accross recently but with the weekend being just around the corner, what best way to get the party going than a Friday favorite track selection? Some free downloads, some official releases but all new music, today’s selection is diverse as it goes from lighter moods and sounds to heavier and transcends genres. Awesome is the keyword in today’s selection and well, if these 5 tracks by Nero, Dominator & Logan D, Kai Wachi, Lock N Bounce and xKore aren’t enough to make your day and set the mood for the weekend then we don’t know what will. Enjoy!
