Closing the day like almost always with my pick for the “remix of the day”, and since i said in my first post that this session is going to be pretty eclectic style-wise, i also finish blogging with a track that certainly stands out. Also with the second dose of fresh blood today btw, as the London-based trio going by the name Blare is also being featured here for the first time hereby! And what a great, official remix they deliverd imo – they turned the original named “Don´t Look Down” by the British Rock band Stars Of The Search Party into a superawesome electro tune that offers not only great vibes and sweet sound, but also shines through an amazingly easy flow, varied parts and uplifting boost! The third time is the charm they say, so here´s another new release to check out for you, this time featuring two originals tracks though! Actually this one´s even a “fresh blood” post since it´s the first time for Nostalgia, a one man project from St.Paul/USA, to be featured here. “Perfect Lie” is this EP´s name, including the same-titled opener feat. Frank Morgan and the track “New Challenger”, out since Monday on Play Me Records. Imo not only the perfect lie, but also the perfect tie, since Nostalgia made it hereby to build a very well done bridge between a rather commercial dubstep approach and the typical raw and in-your-face dubstep the American stands for. A nice EP overall, check both tracks out!!!

Time for the first freebie and also the first proper electro trash banger, although i´m afraid this one will remain the only freebie, in addition also the only electro trasher i´m going to feature today. Anyways, this one a damn nice one, so open your ears and crank your amp up for the latest track by AUTOMAKIDS named “Nghtngl“! To my surprise i just noticed now that this one´s also the first original track the young French producer is being featured here with after some remixes before – all the better he finally nailed it with”Nghtngl” imo! Lovely distorted and very nightingale-alike vocals combine with uplifting melodies and pleasantly hitting trash beats, nicely flowing and arranged, so i guess this one is definitely something all the trash-lovers among you will like! Also don´t forget to grab your copy as long it´s hot, check it out right now!!!

New Release: F.O.O.L – Keep On Rocking

I´ll go straight ahead with the next new release, like my previous post this one´s also a one track release, so here comes the latest tune by F.O.O.L. going by the name “Keep On Rocking“! It´s out since Monday on Monstercat and as F.O.O.L.-sounding as only F.O.O.L. can be. Sweet melodies meet great flow that boost every listener into the characteristic soundspheres that are the Swedish´ typical trademark. Really a beautiful track and actually nothing to moan about, maybe apart from the fact that this one is another one that doesn´t surprise really but delivers exactly what you´d expect by F.O.O.L., as it´s definitely more than 100% clearly recognizable after only few seconds listening to it who the originator was. But even if i´d appreciate to be surprised style-wise more often, “Keep On Rocking” is a great track for sure, so just play it loud and enjoy!!!

Hell-o you all, i hope you´re ready for another and pretty eclectic blogging session! First pick today is a collaboration between JELO & Savant named “Derby“, that has already been released early July on SectionZ Records. When it comes to JELO we all know that he´s a pretty constant deliverer of heavy tracks anyway, when it comes to Savant though i have to say that i´ve been waiting for such stuff since his track “Overkill“, which was the one back then that brought his name to my attention. So if you remember “Overkill” you can probably guess already this one is about guitars too, it´s a pretty varied track despite though and not only straight metal, rather also with a twinkle in their eyes and here and there even a bit jam session alike imo. Nevertheless i liked it, find out if you do too and hit the play button!!!
