Hell-o all! Monday again and time to get busy here on Metalectro with some nasty sounds, something that admittedly i haven’t been able do much lately due to other commitments. So a big thank you to lady Hellectro for keeping things running these last couple of weeks and delivering the goods. I am back on duty today though and hope to make up for any lost time with some extra bass so lets get started with Skitsnygg‘s new EP “Darkness”, out a couple of weeks ago on Sex Cult featuring the dark, heavy original plus remixes by Our Time, Tim Tonik, Laforcah and the contest winners The Unique Yagark and Boilers. A nice hard sounding Electro release overall so in case you haven’t checked it out yet, here’s the full EP!

I´ll continue as hefty, but switch genre a bit and go on with some proper electro trash hereby! It´s the latest EP by The Unique Yagark named “The Metro” that just got released this Monday on Raversar, featuring three originals as well as three remixes by Phantom Noise, Ravolution and GOR FLSH, all been done on the same and name-giving track though. The latter are also available as full tracks btw if you check the Soundcloud accounts of each remixer, sadly this doesn´t apply to the originals yet, nevertheless i guess the previews give you already a good impression how this EP sounds – dark, brutal and trashy and i´m quite sure you´ll like it – just check all the tracks below!!!

Let´s continue with the preview of Skitsnygg´s upcoming and surely eagerly anticipated new EP named “Darkness“! After having had three remixes on board already, there has been held a remix competition on this one too for two further remixes to be on the release, meanwhile the winners are picked and the EP is waiting to get off the starting blocks which will be on the 26th of November on Sex Cult! Alongside the original by America´s nightmare Skitsnygg himself there are remixes by Our Time, Tim Tonik and Laforcah, plus the winning remixes by The Unique Yagark and Boilers to be featured on, so this will be a damn hard electronic, one-two punch release for sure, that will leave nothing to be desired for all you trashheads out there!!!

After the Mexican heavy electro of the previous post, i’ll switch for another continent and another style. I’ll go in Russia to listen to drumstep, more precisely The Unique Yagark‘s latest track! Drumstep has never really been my cup of tea but i have to admit that this trio of very talented producers made me realize that this combination of dubstep and drum’n’bass could be as heavy as trash-electro! Indeed when i first listened to this track my head started to move up and down as if i was listening to a metal-ectro tune and i told myself “oh my God, these basses are monsters!!”. So if you’re not that much fond of drumstep as i am, you should give this awesome track a listen and perhaps you’ll change your mind as i did…Enjoy!!

Going on with one more freebie and a collaboration original next that will put your eardrums on the trash electro warpath since this one is a pretty raw and untamed bass explosion. Lo-Fi Bitches teaming up with The Unique Yagark and those of you familiar with one, or even better both of these artists, should know what to expect. Eardrum destruction is standard procedure for these guys and if that’s what you expect and want, you won’t be disappointed. Certainly not a track for untrained eardrums but for all those who are after the raw, grinding bass and trashy sound Lo-Fi Bitches and The Unique Yagark are about to bring plenty of both in today’s blogging with “Harridan”.
