After the great success of the Metalectro Vol.03 “Hellbound” Contest + Release (#11 on the Beatport Top 100 Electro House Releases and charting for 7 months) the time has come once again for Metalectro and Jet Set Trash to join forces for the Metalectro Vol.04 “Demons Roar” Original Track Contest!
This time we have teamed up with 8 great artists who have all provided us with some great vocals, which you will be asked to turn into an original track. So, first things first, lets introduce our 8 “demons” and collaborators who are:
A Girl And A Gun, An Early Cascade, ANiMAL, Motion Static, None Like Joshua, Ogenix, Skylab, Smacktown

***RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS***
1. Below you can preview and dowload the VOCAL STEM PACKS for the Metalectro Vol.04 “Demons Roar” – Original Track Contest.
(Please note that the Vocals provided may have been recorded in different sample and bitrates so check them before you start your projects.)
***By downloading these stems you agree to use them only for this contest and that you will not redistribute them or use them in any other production. Any other use requires the original artist’s and label’s permission.***

2. All tracks must be submitted to the Contest Soundcloud Group (Metalectro Vol.04 “Demons Roar” – Original Track Contest) as final versions! Previews, Unmastered Tracks and/or Unfinished Versions will NOT be accepted.
3. NO FREE DOWNLOADS will be accepted! DO NOT enable the free download link on your tracks.
4. Only 1 submission per artist will be accepted. Minimum track length 3 minutes (tracks that are less than 3 minutes long will NOT be accepted).
5. Styles accepted: Complextro, Drum & Bass, Drumstep, Dubstep, Electro House, Electro Punk, Electro Trash, Glitch Hop, Metalectro, Punkstep
6. The track should be titled as follows:
Your Artist Name & Artist Whose Vocals You Used – Track Title [Metalectro Vol.04 Contest]
(All Stem Packs have been named according to the lyrics – you can rename your track entry if you want but keep it relevant to the lyrics. If unsure about the lyrics then leave the title used on the Stem Packs)
Please ADD your EMAIL in the track description in case we need to contact you + LINK to the Contest Soundcloud Group.
7. The DEADLINE for all track submissions is the 25th of November 2013. NO entries will be accepted after then!
***FINAL WINNER(S) SELECTION PROCESS***
There will be only 1 WINNER for each Vocal, so choose the VOCAL STEM PACK you use carefully.
(Please note that the Contest judges maintain the right to select MORE than 1 Final Winner for each Vocal used to be featured on the release)
The WINNERS of the Contest will be selected in 2 Rounds:
1st Round – Each of the Artists whose Vocals you have used will select their favorite entries (only from the entries using their Vocals) which will be shortlisted and proceed to the 2nd and Final Round as FINALISTS.
The FINALISTS will be announced here, Facebook Page and Event Page on the 1st of December.
2nd (FINAL) Round – The Contest judges, who are the Metalectro duo (Zak Electrohead Kilmister and Hannakiri Hellectro) and Jet Set Trash will select the FINAL WINNERS out of all Finalists selected in the 1st Round. There will be only 1 FINAL WINNER for each Stem Pack (unless otherwise announced).
The FINAL WINNERS will be announced on the Metalectro blog, Facebook Page and Event Page on the 7th of December.
***PRIZES***
In addition to getting their remix released on the Metalectro Vol.04 “Demons Roar” Compilation (out December 23), the FINAL WINNERS will also receive a LIMITED EDITION CD of Metalectro Vol.01 “Electrohead’s Nightmare” AND will be considred for an EP/Single release on Jet Set Trash during 2014!
