Starting the day with some Electro coming from Australian Trumpdisco, who recently had his “Third Pt. 2” EP released on No Tomorrow Recordings. Those of you following Trumpdisco and familiar with his work (recent and older) shouldn’t be surprised really by “Third Pt. 2“. A mix of the heavy Electro we got to know by the Australian bass heavyweight with new cleaner sounds and even a more housy or dark-tech feel at points, which on one hand should make “Third Pt. 2” easier accessible to a larger audience but also might disappoint some of the old school die hard trash-head fans. Nevertheless, it definitely showcased Trumpdisco‘s ability to come up with more than heavy basslines and even though it’s not among his heavier releases, we can’t say it doesn’t come with some classic Trumpdisco moments which we certainly enjoyed.
