What can i really say about this one? A classic track and a very nice video too! You have to enjoy this one and even if you haven’t watched the video before i am sure you will watch it again!

May the Devil and all the Metalectro demons bless YouTube! Today i decided to post only some videos, some official and some not, by names that have been around for a while. You might as well say that if these guys were not around this blog wouldn’t be either but then again don’t hold your breath on that one. Anyway, you know these guys and you like them i know it. To be honest i don’t care even if you don’t though. I do and i am sure you will like them too after today. So, here comes Pendulum and “Showdown”! What a great track!

I will close today’s video post with the official video for “Machine Gun” by NOISIA. NOISIA (who took their name from the word ‘VISION’ inverted on an upside down VHS tape) are Nik Roos, Thijs de Vlieger and Martijn van Sonderen, hailing from the Netherlands. Influenced by an eclectic range of artists from The Prodigy to James Brown and from Miles Davis to Konflict, Noisia make music for DJs and dance-floors that is interesting enough to cross over from the clubs to your MP3 player and as of now to the Metalectro blog. The track i picked from NOISIA is taken from their debut album “Split The Atom”. Even though NOISIA are best known for their Drum & Bass, “Split The Atom” is rich in musical styles and directions as it includes tracks that could well be described as Drum & Bass, Electro, Breakbit or even House. So, check out their other tracks as well and enjoy the video for NOISIA‘s “Machine Gun” and will be back very soon with some interesting releases for you.

The second post for today is the official video for “Frogsplash” by Pelussje. These guys are from Milan, Italy and they are responsible for bringing us what is known as “Sidechain Massacre”. Loud bass and aggressive gory electro that as their track suggests, is gonna smash you on the floor. This track is taken from their “Sangre” EP, released a few months ago on Flat Frog. These guys really like to throw destruction on the dancefloor and they are really good at doing so as well. If you like “Frogsplash” by Pelussje check out their other stuff as well and if you want to get deeper into the “Sidechain Massacre” concept you might wanna check out the self-titled Facebook Page and the rest of the gory crew like Belzebass and Gerruzz just to name a few.

After a soundless weekend and Xmas i’ve got quite a few goodies to post today! Starting with some videos and taking you from the lighthearted fun video for “Spoiled Rich Bitches” by the Waxdolls through to Pelussje‘s “Frogsplash” and Noisia‘s “Machine Gun” official video and then i have some more releases that are worth mentioning and checking out. This first video is “Spoiled Rich Bitches” by the Waxdolls and is from their album “High Speed Killer Ride”. The Waxdolls are two guys from Ghent, Belgium and they sure like to produce some groovy loud electro as well as they like to dance as you’ll see on the video. It’s not the first time i post some of their music here, actually i posted another one of their tracks on the Metalectro Xmas Special last Friday, so check that out as well. These guys can produce some nice dancefloor rockers and you’ll see/hear more of them on the Metalectro blog i’m sure! So, let’s get on with it, check out some fancy groovy moves and make sure you check out the Waxdolls other tracks as well!
