Last post of the day and before we wrap things up here’s my pick for the “remix of the day” and it’s a remix by KATFYR on The Prophet‘s “Ordinary Life”, out on SectionZ. Definitely a remix that goes heavy on the bass and that’s no surprise coming by KATFYR, even if he once again stayed away from the old KATFYR sound. A massive improvement on an original track that by both Metalectro and personal standards i couldn’t enjoy as it simply isn’t my cup of tea but KATFYR succeeded in transforming the original in a heavy Drumstep track. Besides the vocals and some other elements this remix hasn’t stayed close to the original and once again nice stuff by KATFYR who shows that regardless of whether he’s doing Dubstep and following the 2nd KATFYR era sound or his older maximal one, he certainly knows how to get loud and deliver some heavy hitters.
