Metalectro MixTape vol.07 – Summer Cannibals [Jun 2011] is here, as every 1st day of each new month!!! This mixtape is the first of the summer and so i borrowed Patti Smith’s track title “Summer Cannibals” and named this mix after it. It is a slightly lighter mix and focuses on more melodic tracks, the first half of it or so at least! I thought i’d give this mix a touch of summer since it’s the first day of the summer (the inverted colors on the cover also serve that very same purpose) but then again it’s a Metalectro MixTape so don’t expect any seagulls and flowers!!! It’s more like a “summer in hell”!!!
