New Release: F.O.O.L “Feelings” EP

Hell-o you all, i hope you had good start into the week! And in case you didn´t yet i guess i have the proper remedy to bring your mood back to better atmospheres going by the name “Feelings” EP which is nothing less than the latest baby by F.O.O.L that has been released just yesterday on Tasty Records! Featuring five originals and four remixes (sadly all of the track “Feelings” though) by Lets Be Friends, Anzo, Chimeric and Rasmus Hermansen´s side project Falcon Funk, this EP delivers 5 typically F.O.O.L sounding, but style-wise quite varied originals, plus remixes that have all brought out their distinct main points and turned out very well. A great, throughout consistent and well done EP, enjoy checking the tracks out!!!

Going on with a preview of an upcoming release and a pretty highly anticipated one as well, as is usually every new release by F.O.O.L. “Feelings” EP will be out on the 5th of August on Tasty Reocrds and will feature a pretty nice number of 9 tracks as well as a nice line up of artists on remixing duties. 5 new originals plus 4 remixes by Lets Be Friends, Anzo, Chimeric and Falcon Funk (50% of F.O.O.L) and a pretty nice sounding EP which brings back some of the older F.O.O.L sound and feel, combined very nicely with what we have been hearing by the Swedish in their most recent productions and even some 80’s electro atmosphere and sound. Variety and quality is what F.O.O.L bring to the table with this new EP (judging by this teaser at least) and the remixers have certainly played their part on that, as each and everyone of them has added his very own personal touch on the track “Feelings” and they have all delivered great remixes. Freebie: F.O.O.L – Tutorials

Going on with a freebie next, the first but not last of the day and a recent original by F.O.O.L. “Tutorials” is the title and is a pretty melodic one that admittedly has the vibe some of the older F.O.O.L tracks had and has been missing from many of the Swedish’s recent productions, without being necessarily a bad or a good thing though, as i guess it’s only part of what you might call the musical evolution of an artist. In any case, “Tutorials” brings back some of that older F.O.O.L sound and feel imo and it’s a pretty nice track and freebie, which should help set the mood for F.O.O.L‘s upcoming “Feelings” EP, out on Tasty Records on August the 5th. Definitely an EP to look forward to as besides the 5 originals it will feature a pretty nice and promising line up of remixers but more on that when the time comes. Next i have this admittedly pretty short preview for you by F.O.O.L. of the track “Feed Us” that is going to be released on Tasty Records on their next EP named  “Feelings”! Honestly i´m a bit disappointet by it, not even by the track itself so far though, rather by the fact that it is really hard to judge about it very well imo as the preview is only around 1.20 long and one third consists of intro. Okay, without doubt typically F.O.O.L. sounding and easily even half deaf classifiable as that, still it´s -in this short version that is- nothing i´d be too exited about, as it´s sadly not bringing out the main points. Let´s see what the full track has to offer when time comes, for now check out what you get!!!

Hell-o all and i hope you had a great weekend full of banging music, partying and fun times that might have made the start of this new week harder but were totally worth it. Back again, after what was kind of a quiet last week from our side as we weren’t able to blog as much as we’d like but we’ll be definitely trying to make it up to you this week, effective immediately. So, let’s get loud and for starters i have a nice new EP by Demon Groove and Tasty Records, and some fresh blood too since it’s only the first time the Dublin, Ireland, based producer is being blogged here. A 3 original track EP, staying mostly on the melodic side of Electro House but also feels smooth as silk and flows very nicely without losing it’s hard edge and groove, whether demonic or not! Check it out!
