Going on with the next dose of fresh blood for you to inject into your ears and i´ll also return to trashy areas and a track that has probably been remixed countless times yet, but still never gets too old or boring to check out further approaches. So here we go with another interpretation of Kavinsky´s “Nightcall“, this time done by MK Ultra a Toronto/Canada based producer. According to the track description this remix is not complete and should be available as free download when done, err, it´s already quite some time on Soundcloud though, so i´d say bring on Mr. MK Ultra, i bet some people would like to have it! For the time being we´ll content ourselves with what´s available, just check this smoothly trashed up remix out!!!

Next-to-last comes my pick for the remix of the already as my last post will be a longer lasting noise session since there´s a huge mixtape on its way being featured here later! For the time being though let´s focus on this brilliant remix done by Tim Tonik on Kavinsky´s probably most famous track “Nightcall”! Been uploaded exclusively in mid January already on Dead District´s YouTube account this awesome remix got lost like many others did yet, brought back to (my) light as i grabbed the according freebie back then already and wondered lately while hearing it if it has been featured here yet.. Not? No way, so here it is! Combining Tim Tonik´s adorably trashy death electro style with the lovely and atmospheric 80s sythesizer sounds of the original, creating a damn good remix that shouldn´t be missed, so check it out by all means and grab this awesome treat on Tim Tonik´s Facebook page!!!

Hell-o all!! I hope you’re having a good day and week! It’s Wednesday, only two days remain before the week-end and it’s time to hear some heavy stuff right now! Let’s start the daily Metalectro session with this nice remix by M.A.D.E.S of Kavinsky‘s “Roadgame”. After five amazing original tracks, this one is M.A.D.E.S’ first remix, and surely the first of a long list!  I have never been a huge fan of Kavinsky and especially of “Roadgame” but the French producer from Lille managed to make his remix more than good. The original track by Kavinsky is for me too slow and too simple but fortunately the ex-half of Whoppers gave it his usual energy and orchestral dimension. So even if you don’t like that much Kavinsky, you should give it a listen, make your own opinion and grab your copy for free!!!
