March has been one of those months that have been very kind to us with too many great tracks and releases coming by a great deal of artists/labels and since posting them all one by one would seem almost impossible we have decided to pick some of our favorite bass monsters released during the month in a 5 track selection that will melt your face with the massive drops and huge badass sound it includes. So fasten your seatbelts and lets get nasty, starting with Downlink & Twofold‘s collaboration original titled “Darkside”, out on Uplink Audio a couple of weeks ago. Some machine gun bass and filthy Dubstep to open the day with and if this one doesn’t melt your face it will certainly give you bloody eardrums and soften you up for our next track pick so check it out and keep reading/listening. Hell-o to all bassheads out there and today we have some pretty dark stuff coming up, starting with a new volume of “monstermania” from the horrorstep master Figure, who had his “Monsters Selected Remixes” Vol.02 released a week ago on his own imprint Doom Music. 6 remixes of some favorite monsters, coming by the likes of Downlink, Twofold, Lumberjack, BlackMask, Dack Janiels and Midnight Tyrannosaurus who all delivered powerful Dubstep, Drum & Bass and Drumstep. No lack of heaviness in this one, as expected and if you have enjoyed the previous “Monster” releases by Figure then you will definitely enjoy this one too so check it out by hitting play below and let hell break lose through your speakers. You know you want to!

artworks-000078719888-jdlp63-t500x500Here’s a new track and remix by Mark Instinct, out about a week ago on Firepower Records on Twofold‘s “Skyfire” Remixes EP. The EP features also a VIP version of the original, as well as remixes by Havok Roth, AlexAnder & Dr. Ozi and Avien although this was our favorite remix, therefore we thought it deserves a “remix of the day” post. Top notch production by Canadian producer Mark Instinct who sticks to what he knows best, which is producing some top class Drum N Bass. Not a banger or even a hard track by our standards really but a melodic vocal driven remix, which comes in perfect timing for the summer too and feels like a strong contender to be on many “summer-time playlists”. Here’s Mark Instinct remix of “Skyfire”, check it out!
