New Release: OCTiV “Infernal” EP

Hell-o all and we hope you had a great weekend! Blogging has been getting a bit of a hard task unfortunatelly lately with the Metalectro Vol.04 “Demons Roar” Original Track Contest results still pending and a few other things we are working on behind the scenes but we’ll try to squeeze some posts into this Monday since all of us can do with an energy boost. So, a few super-energised posts coming today, starting with OCTiV‘s new EP “Infernal” which is out on FiXT and that sweet guitar fueled Metalectro sound we love so much! 6 originals with some nice collabs among them and Celldweller lending his voice on “Infernal”, which is definitely standing out from the rest of the collaborations imo. A dark and well balanced release that mixes the Metal sound with Electro/Dubstep elements and keeps the pedal to the metal, so definitely one to check out by Metalectro standards!

As we are acoming to the end of another Metalectro session and blogging day, with only one post remaining after this one, it’s time to get a bit on the heavy side and i have some fresh and pretty damn tasty blood coming your way by a name that somehow never made it on Metalectro so far. That’s about to change now though and you all please say “hell-o” to Mark Instinct who’s debuting on Metalectro with a very well deserved “remix of the day” post for this basstastic remix he did on OCTiV‘s “Fatality”. A great original track too for those who aren’t familiar with it (meh, screw it we’ll just have to blog it for you guys here soon) that brings together some drumstep, drum & bass and generally speaking bass heavy and rich sounds with some Slayer influenced guitar riffs. So, with that said, here’s the bass reinforced and seriously badass Mark Instinct remix, make sure to check it out and blast it loud!
